But this work didn’t begin in a textbook or a marketing funnel. It began with my own breakdown—and the journey that followed.
In 2009, I walked away from a managerial career in the centre of London after experiencing severe burnout. My life looked stable on the outside, but inside…
I felt dry, disconnected and I knew that I was here for more. I wanted to travel, have my own business and live my life on my own terms.
This gave birth to a new vision. My husband and I made a radical choice: we sold everything and began traveling the world.
Over sixteen years later, we’ve visited more than 45 countries, raised our daughter through alternative parenting, and built our businesses while living an unconventional life. I call it “out of the box” life.
I hold two degrees—one in Psychology and one in Business Studies. After restoring my own health through holistic nutrition, my husband and I became certified nutritionists and launched a health coaching business from scratch. It wasn’t glamorous or fast. For five years, we struggled, experimented, and learned.
Eventually, we built a thriving online coaching business

- Delivering talks and presentations internationally
- Growing a YouTube channel to over 11 million views
- Supporting hundreds of women through their healing journeys
And then, I realised that I wanted to help other holistic coaches grow their income and impact online and live their life … well, the “out of the box” way.
I mentored coaches, therapists, doctors, chiropractors, fitness experts, and holistic practitioners—helping them launch aligned, profitable programs and attract high-paying clients.
I loved my work. Loved my clients and my team. Loved
my freedom and income.
But …
After a period of intense personal loss—we lost ten family members in one year—combined with a major international move, a health diagnosis, perimenopause, and the demands of parenting, I hit another wall.
My body shut down. My hormones and adrenals crashed. I experienced severe anxiety and could no longer operate in the way I once had.
I lost my spark, ambition, and determination.
I tried to solve it the way I always had: with more mindset and business strategy.
We invested in high-ticket masterminds, ad programs, growth agencies, and coaching.
The tactics worked on paper, but they didn’t feel aligned. Every push brought more burnout. The inner disconnection after such a deep personal shift only grew.
Eventually, I had to surrender. I let go of the pressure to force a version of myself that no longer fit.
I returned to my roots in psychology and deepened my training, learning trauma-informed coaching, somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation, soul-aligned manifestation and embodied Leadership.
What I discovered was this: It wasn’t that I had failed. It wasn’t a strategy problem.
It was my identity evolution.
I had become someone new, but my business still reflected an older version of me.
That realization changed everything.
I began rebuilding from the inside out, starting with my deep identity work, body and somatic work, then creating offers and a business model that felt true to who I had become.
As a result, I created a framework that combines identity work, business growth and embodied leadership together.
This became the foundation of The Energetically Aligned Offer Method.
I support driven entrepreneurs who are at a turning point—ambitious people who are evolving, and no longer willing to build success at the cost of their well-being.
