But this work didn’t begin in a textbook or a marketing funnel. It began with my own breakdown—and the journey that followed.
In 2009, I walked away from a managerial career in the centre of London after experiencing severe burnout. My life looked stable on the outside, but on the inside…
I felt dry, disconnected and I knew that I was here for more. I wanted to travel, have my own business and live my life on my own terms.
This gave birth to a new vision. My husband and I made a radical choice: we sold everything and began traveling the world.
Over sixteen years later, we’ve visited more than 45 countries, raised our daughter through alternative parenting, and built our businesses while living an unconventional life. I call it “out of the box” life.
I hold two degrees—one in Psychology and one in Business Studies. After restoring my own health through holistic nutrition, my husband and I became certified nutritionists and launched a health coaching business from scratch. It wasn’t glamorous or fast. For five years, we struggled, experimented, and learned.
When we finally started to experience sustainable results through high-ticket coaching, and after we have helped hundreds of our health clients, I begun teaching business and helping other ambitious and giften coaches start, grow and scale their high-ticket programs and businesses online.

I loved my work. Loved my clients and my team. Loved

But …
After a period of intense personal loss—we lost ten family members in one year—combined with a major international move, a health diagnosis, and the demands of parenting, running my business and managin my team, I hit another wall.
My body shut down. My thyroid, hormones and adrenals crashed. I experienced severe burnout and anxiety, and literally could not function for a period of time.
I lost my spark, ambition, confidence and determination. I felt disconnected and stuck.
When my body begun to restore, I tried to solve our business growth the way I always had: with more mindset and business strategy.
We invested in more high-ticket masterminds, ad programs, growth agencies, and business coaching.
However, every push brought more burnout. And after such a deep personal shift, the inner disconnection only grew.
I could feel it clearly — my business was missing something. And that something was my own depth.
Eventually, I had to surrender. I let go of the pressure to force a version of myself that no longer fit.
I returned to my roots in psychology and deepened my training, learning trauma-informed coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), counselling skills, nervous system regulation, and how to integrate the inner world with the world of business.
I began rebuilding from the inside out. Starting with deep identity work, then creating offers and a business model that truly reflected who I had become. My energy, passion, and drive returned.
Through this process, I developed a framework that weaves identity work, business growth, and embodied leadership together.
This became the foundation of The Turning Point Method.
