I help founders reinvent how they lead so they can build a business that reflects who they are now, one that is aligned, profitable, and sustainable.
But this work didn’t begin in a textbook or a marketing funnel. It began with my own breakdown, and the journey that followed.
In 2009, I walked away from a stable 9-5 managerial career in central London. I was burned out, disconnected, and deeply aware that the life I was living no longer fit who I was becoming.
This gave birth to a new vision and a bold next step. My husband and I left London behind, and launched into the unknown as we started traveling the world.
I hold two degrees, one in Psychology and one in Business Studies. After restoring my own health through holistic nutrition, my husband and I became certified nutritionists and launched our own online health coaching business from scratch.

After building our success, and having travelled to over 40+ countries, I begun to help other conscious coaches grow their brands, premium offers and businesses. I loved my work. Loved my clients and my team. Loved my freedom, impact and income. But …
A period of deep personal loss, combined with a major international move, parenting, health challenges, and the pressure of running a business eventually pushed my system past its limits. My body shut down.
My thyroid, hormones, and adrenals crashed. Severe burnout left me barely functioning for a period of time. I lost my team. I lost my identity.
The spark, ambition, and confidence that once drove me disappeared.
When my internal foundation begun to restore, I tried to solve our business growth issue like many entrepreneurs do: with more mindset and business strategy.
I tried every coach, strategy, and marketing approach to push through. But eventually I realized I hadn’t hit a strategy problem. I’d outgrown the version of my business that had created my past success.
The next level required something different. I had to understand what no longer fit, reconnect with the way I naturally lead and create transformation, and rebuild my positioning, offers, and client attraction strategy around the business I actually wanted to grow.
That’s how The Pivot Method was born.
I combine many years of coaching experience, a background in Business, a degree in Psychology, and training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic work to help founders reinvent the way they lead and run their business.
