But this work didn’t begin in a textbook or a marketing funnel. It began with my own breakdown—and the journey that followed.
In 2009, I walked away from a stable 9-5 managerial career in central London. I was burned out, disconnected, and deeply aware that the life I was living no longer fit who I was becoming.
This gave birth to a new vision and a bold next step. My husband and I left London behind, and launched into the unknown as we started traveling the world.
I hold two degrees, one in Psychology and one in Business Studies. After restoring my own health through holistic nutrition, my husband and I became certified nutritionists and launched our own online health coaching business from scratch.

After building our success, and having travelled to over 40+ countries, I begun to help other conscious coaches grow their brands, premium offers and businesses. I loved my work. Loved my clients and my team. Loved my freedom, impact and income. But …
A period of deep personal loss, combined with a major international move, parenting, health challenges, and the pressure of running a business eventually pushed my system past its limits. My body shut down.
My thyroid, hormones, and adrenals crashed. Severe burnout left me barely functioning for a period of time. I lost my team.
The spark, ambition, and confidence that once drove me disappeared.
When my body begun to restore, I tried to solve our business growth the way I always had: with more mindset and business strategy.
We invested in more high-ticket masterminds, ad programs, growth agencies, and business coaching.
However, every push only brought more burnout. Eventually, I had to surrender and be boldly honest with myself. I changed and I outgrew my business. My next pivot required restoring my inner world before rebuilding my leadership and designing a business that truly fit. Shrinking myself to fit a business that no longer reflected who I’d become was no longer an option.
I returned to my roots in psychology and expanded my training to help myself and then other leaders integrate their full selves with their business, aligning identity, strategy, and leadership to create a more grounded, magnetic presence.
With 14 years of coaching experience and advanced training in Psychology, IFS, somatic work, and trauma-informed coaching, I hold both depth and strategy.
