I Know Because I Lived This
I built a near-seven-figure online coaching business, while traveling to 44 countries, raising my family, and supporting hundreds of clients. From the outside, everything looked successful.
However, after intense loss, extreme stress that wasn’t within my control, and an international move, my body forced the conversation. I expereinced a severe burnout, thyroid and adrenal imbalance and my body shutdown. I felt stuck, disconnected, I lost my edge as a leader and visionary, and had to pause my business and let go of my team.
It took me a while to rebuild myself, and after that my next step was to rebuild my business. I tried to solve it with MORE. More more strategy, more mindset work, more business programs. But every push brought more resistance, and I had to admit it – going back to the old was no longer an option.
What changed everything?
Deep inner work. Meeting the parts of me I’d been supressing to succeed. Going with the void and uncertainty and not forcing anything. Integrating instead of overriding. Rebuilding my business from a regulated nervous system, my whole self and my new leadership style. Raw, bold, deep and trully mine.

The exhaustion and resistance are your messengers.Your nervous system is protecting you from recreating patterns that break you. You resist to grow what doesn’t align with you. Visibility suffers, you start to hide yourself, you start to resist your clients and your business growth.
